Kicking Off Your
New Benefit Program
Once you have registered your company, its time to introduce our program to your employees and let the fun begin!
1) Within 48 hours of registration you will receive your company Employee Access Code (EAC), along with suggested instructions for you to Kick Off your new benefit program. Include this code in your Kick Off Letter for quick employee registration.
2) Next, download both our KICK OFF LETTER (you can edit and customize your letter) and our EMPLOYEE ORDER FORM (current listing of all our tickets and prices available). Then email, or copy and distribute, both the KICK OFF LETTER and EMPLOYEE ORDER FORM to your employees. We always recommend visiting FunEx.com for easy access to placing orders at your employee’s convenience. Of course employees are also welcome to order by phone or visit our office.
3) To keep your program current, we will mail you seasonal catalogs to update our ticket selections. In the center of each catalog is a new EMPLOYEE ORDER FORM that can be copied and distributed to employees OR you can always DOWNLOAD A CURRENT EMPLOYEE ORDER FORM anytime here at FunEx.com.
