Qualified Customers

Can anyone shop on FunEx.com?
Fun Express Inc. does not serve the general public. By agreement with attractions, we service only employees of properly registered companies.

Can I register my company?

The company must be registered by someone authorized to do so. The person registering agrees to communicate the program to all employees. If you are not authorized to do so, please ask your HR or Personnel Dept to visit www.FunEx.com and register the company.

Does it cost my company money to participate?
No. the program is free and the registration process takes less than 3 minutes!

After registration, what happens?

When a company is approved, we send an Employee Access Code (EAC) to the representative. This EAC is then used by employees to identify their company when shopping at FunEx.com the first time.

Login Information

How do I login the very first time I visit FunEx.com?
You do not need to login to browse FunEx.com. However, before your first purchase, you will be required to register. At this time you will establish your Username (email address) and Password for future visits to FunEx.com.

What is the Employee Access Code (EAC)?
The Employee Access Code (EAC) is assigned exclusively to your company when it is registered by an authorized representative. If you use the EAC when you register the first time, your registration will be much faster and you will receive full access to all features of the website.

What if I don’t have an EAC?

You may still register as an employee and shop on FunEx.com. Some features of the web site will be restricted. If we cannot verify your company information, your order may be delayed or not processed.

My email address has changed. How do I change my username and/or password information?

Follow the My Account tab at the top of this page, or click HERE.

Credit Card and Shipping Policies

What credit cards are accepted by Fun Express?
We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for your convenience.

Can I purchase using someone else’s card?
No. The card must be issued in the name of the qualified person placing the order. We simply cannot accept third party orders

I don’t remember which address I used for my billing address.

The billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statements. The address you provide must match the files on record at your bank. If you have moved, please take a moment to call your bank and change your records. Otherwise, the charge will be declined by your bank.

Can I ship the tickets to another person?

No. All ticket orders must be shipped to the qualified person at either their company address, at the billing address of their credit card, or to the customer’s valid email address.

Can I use my International card?
Sorry, but we do not accept International Cards.

When will I receive my tickets?

InstaPrint eTickets
InstaPrint eTickets are emailed immediately upon completion of your order. The email carrying links to your tickets will come from MyTickets@Funex.com. If you do not receive your InstaPrint eTickets shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or bulk mail folder. InstaPrint tickets may also be accessed online. If you are logged in to funex.com, click "My Account" and then "Available InstaPrint Tickets". These links are available for 60 days from purchase date. InstaPrint eTickets are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.  Add MyTickets@Funex.com to your email to ensure delivery.

Non-InstaPrint eTickets
Orders received by 3pm via the website or 4pm by phone on normal business days are processed and emailed the same business day. Orders are not processed  after business hours or on weekends or holidays. eTickets are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. The email carrying links to your tickets will come from
MyTickets@Funex.com. If you do not receive your InstaPrint eTickets shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or bulk mail folder. Add MyTickets@Funex.com to your email address book before ordering eTickets to ensure delivery.

Physical Tickets

Orders received by 3pm via the website or 4pm by phone on normal business days are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders are not processed after business hours or on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, delivery dates are determined by your postal carrier. Guaranteed delivery dates are available using FedEx for an additional charge.

Physical tickets are NON-RETURNABLE.

InstaPrint eTickets

How are InstaPrint eTickets sent to me?
Once an order is processed by Fun Express, we send you an email that either carries links to each eTicket you have ordered. The email will come from
MyTickets@Funex.com. Simply click and print out each ticket. The InstaPrint order is also posted online. Simply login to Funex.com and click "My Account" to access ticket links. These links are available for 60 days from purchase date.

If I order InstaPrint eTickets, when will I receive them?

InstaPrint eTickets are emailed upon completion of your order, 24/7/365.

I ordered InstaPrint eTickets and have not received them!

If your order was approved online and you have not received your tickets, please check you “SPAM” or “JUNK MAIL” folder. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL and some other email services automatically mark these as unsolicited advertising. To prevent this from occurring, add
MyTickets@Funex.com to your contacts, or designate this a safe address. Or, login to Funex.com and click "My Account" to access ticket links. These links are available for 60 days from purchase date.

If I do not get my InstaPrint eTickets, can I show my purchase receipt from Fun Express for admission?

Sorry, but your receipt is not a ticket. Attractions will not accept them for admission. You will be charged full price for admission at the attraction.

Can I use my cell phone to show the tickets at an attraction?

Absolutely not! The tickets must be printed out and presented at the attraction.

I did not use my InstaPrint eTickets and would like to return them.
Attractions do not allow Fun Express to return or reissue InstaPrint eTickets. Therefore, as clearly marked throughout our site, no refunds or returns are accepted on InstaPrint eTickets. In most cases, the tickets you purchased will have extended valid dates allowing you ample time to utilize them.

eTickets (Non-InstaPrint)

How are non-InstaPrint eTickets sent to me?
Once an order is processed by Fun Express, we send you an email that either carries links to each eTicket you have ordered, or has your tickets attached as a PDF file. The email will come from
MyTickets@Funex.com. Simply click and print out each ticket.

If I order
non-InstaPrint eTickets, when will I receive them?
If we receive your online order by 3pm, or phone order by 4pm, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), we guarantee we will email the tickets to you that same business day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or on holidays will be processed and sent the following business day.

I ordered
non-InstaPrint eTickets and have not received them!
If you ordered during our normal business hours and have not received your tickets, please check you “SPAM” or “JUNK MAIL” folder.
