2. User Acknowledgements

As user of this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Tickets ordered after business hours, on weekends or on holidays ARE NOT SHIPPED until the following business day.

2. Only tickets clearly noted as “eTickets” are emailed. All others are shipped via U.S. mail or optional FedEx.

3. Once ordered, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on eTickets.

4. eTickets are transmitted from MyTickets@funex.com. It is the user’s responsibility to prevent the transmittal from being routed to user’s spam or junk mail folders. We suggest adding this address to user’s safe sender list.

5. All orders received by 3pm on normal business hours are processed and shipped the same business day.

6. The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery dates on First Class mail. Delivery is guaranteed only with optional FedEx delivery available at an additional charge.

7. Fun Express is not responsible for failure by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or internet email delivery services to meet stated delivery dates.

8. Fun Express is not liable for accidental errors or omissions in content on this web site.

9. Prices are subject to change without notice by Fun Express ticket providers.
