Your company must be registered by someone authorized to do so. The person registering agrees to communicate the program to all employees. If you are not authorized to do so, please ask your HR or Personnel Dept to visit www.FunEx.com and register the company.
No. Our program is free and the registration process takes less than 3 minutes!
When a company is approved, we send an Employee Access Code (EAC) to the representative. This EAC is then used by each employee to identify their company at FunEx.com.

You do not need to login to browse FunEx.com. However, before your first purchase, you will be required to register and you should have your Employee Access Code handy. At this time you will establish your Username (email address) and Password for future visits to FunEx.com.
The Employee Access Code (EAC) is assigned exclusively to your company when it is registered by an authorized company representative. If you use your company EAC when you register, your registration will be much faster and you will receive full access to all features of the website.
You may still register as an employee and shop on FunEx.com. Some features of the web site will be restricted. If we cannot verify your company information, your order may be delayed or not processed.

> Ticket Concerns

E-tickets are available immediately upon completion of your order! Links to your tickets will be emailed to you along with your receipt from , MyTickets@Funex.com. If you do not receive your e-tickets shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or bulk mail folder.

Your e-tickets may also be accessed online. If you are logged in to funex.com, mouse over to “Hello, (Your Name)” and click "My Order History". These links are available for at least 30 days after purchase date. E-tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Alternatively, you may call or text us at 949-367-1900 to request your tickets to be sent to you.

No, you may present your e-tickets at the gates on your mobile phone for easier entry!

FunEx’s partner attractions do not allow the return, reissue, or refund of tickets.

No, most attractions do not check the names on the tickets. You only have to present your tickets at the gates, and the attraction’s staff will scan the barcode/QR code on them to gain entry.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for the physical tickets unless you picked a premium shipping option. During peak seasons, regular shipping can take up to two weeks for delivery. For faster delivery options, please be sure to pick a FedEx option at checkout.
