Redemption Instructions

***WE DO NOT PICKUP AT THE EXCURSION HUB*** Wilderness Landing Dock: take the FREE green gondola into the main port. At times the lines to get on the gondola are long. Please plan extra time accordingly. The gondola ride is approximately 7 minutes long. Exit the gondola and take the small gravel path toward the Excursion Hub. Go THROUGH the Excursion Hub. Enter either the Alaska Gift Shop or the Museum and walk all the way THROUGH the building and exit on the other end. **Early morning tours may have to walk AROUND the building if it is closed. Continue walking past Lil Gen’s Doughnut Shop, past the “Ticket” booth toward the large log Round About. On the far side of the Round About exit between the Visitor Information Booth and the RED Security shack. Our driver will be on the other side of the Security shack with a WHITE Catch of the Day Whale Watching sign. Ocean Landing Dock: About a 10-15 min walk. Walk along the boardwalk. Go past the Museum, continue past Lil Gen’s Doughnut Shop and the “Ticket” booth. Continue to the Main Shuttle Bus Round About circled by large logs. On far side of the Round About exit between the Visitor Information Booth and the RED Security shack. Our driver will be on the other side of the Security shack with a WHITE Catch of the Day Whale Watching sign.

***we DO NOT pickup at the Excursion Hub*** ***PRINT OUT OR SCREEN SHOT DIRECTIONS TO PICKUP LOCATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AS THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE AT ICY STRAIT POINT PORT*** ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO GET FROM YOUR SHIP TO THE PICK UP LOCATION. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO RIDE THE GONDOLA FROM THE WILDERNESS DOCK TO THE MAIN PORT. If you are docked at the OCEAN LANDING DOCK it will take the AVERAGE walker about 10-15 minutes to walk the flat, easy walk through the port to the pickup location by the Main Gate/Shuttle Bus Round About. Walk along the boardwalk. Enter either the Cannery Museum or the Alaska Gift Shop building. Walk ALL THE WAY THROUGH either building and exit at the end. ** Early morning tours may have to walk AROUND these buildings if they are closed. Continue past Lil Gen's Doughnut Shop, past the "Ticket" booth and continue to the Main Shuttle Bus Round About surrounded by large logs. On the far side of Round About exit between City of Hoonah Visitor Info Booth and red Security shack. Driver will be there with WHITE Catch of the Day sign. If you are docked at the WILDERNESS DOCK you will need to allow EXTRA time for the line at the FREE green gondola from the ship dock into the main port area. The gondola ride is approximately 7 minutes long. Exit the gondola and take the small gravel path to the Excursion Hub. Go THROUGH the Excursion Hub, and enter either the Alaska Gift Shop or the Cannery Museum.
