Redemption Instructions

You must contact Virgio Tour at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. If you have booked this activity less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time, you must contact Virgio Tour immediately after booking to confirm your reservation. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/ in exchange for your activity.
