Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

We will arrange pick up for every group based on their arrival time. Right after you cross the double doors after custom, you will find our company representative holding a sign with your name in it. You will be escorted to your hotel and enjoy a safe ride from Cairo airport The transfer length will be approximately 1 hour. Transfers are available year-round and 24-hours a day.
