• Please, report at our ticket office (information desk at the parking) at least 30 min before the tour start as your tickets will be held there. You need to receive physical ticket from the ticket office before boarding the train. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (light jacket recommended); Cave temperature is always between 8-12 degrees Celsius • A moderate amount of walking is involved depending on option selected
