Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
We are located at the GALLERYone Hotel - A Double Tree Suites by Hilton. Valet park for $10 and walk through the hotel to the back dock. Don’t forget to bring your IDs and have the boaters test completed before coming (only for drivers born on/after 1/1/1988)

Please read carefully to show up prepared for your rental: GALLERYone Doubletree Hotel 2670 E Sunrise Blvd Fort Lauderdale 33304 (valet for $10 and walk through hotel to back dock) Everyone 18+ Must Sign Waiver Here (parent must also sign for child/teen under 18): https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5dcdd723746bb/web/ Jet Ski/Boaters Test Here (must pass/complete test before reservation time if driving and born on/after 1/1/1988): https://boattests101.com/united-states/florida/florida-rental?mcid=g9582vAG Policies: $300 security deposit per jetski is paid when you check-in, refunded if no crashes/damage Anyone driving born on/after 1/1/1988 needs to take/pass boaters test before coming to avoid cutting into rental time (link is above; must be 18 to drive alone, 16 with a parent) Weight Limit: single rider max- 290 lbs; double rider max- 350 lbs. All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by parent/adult 25+ All 18+ and drivers must bring photo ID to check-in Rebooking fee- $100 $20 per jetski will be collected for fuel Do not bring big purses/bags/etc. We are not responsible for belongings.
