Please check your official Sightseeing Cruise Ticket from the activity provider in your email inbox. The supplier will send your ticket up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit date. Entry without an official ticket is not permitted. A booking confirmation email or reservation number will not be accepted at the entrance. Tour Times: April – September: Departures every 30 minutes from 10 AM – 10 PM October – March: Departures every hour from 10:30 AM – 9 PM December 24: Last departure at 5 PM Important Information: Children under 4 travel free (no ticket required). No oversized luggage or pets (service dogs allowed). Peak season may require waiting in line. PLEASE NOTE: Skipping or bypassing the security line is not possible.
