Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
It takes one hour to reach Basecamp from Fairbanks! Make sure to leave with plenty of time, we do not offer refunds for lateness! Please note this tour requires self drive to our property. It is imperative that guests have vehicles with 4WD and winter tires.
Redemption Instructions
Make sure to leave Fairbanks AT LEAST 1 hour prior to the start of your tour! We are 35 miles North of town, and you need to be on site to sign your waivers 15 minutes ahead of tour start time. If you are late to your tour we cannot guarantee we can re schedule your tour, and we cannot offer a refund! Please be aware we do have age and height restrictions for this tour, each snowmachine driver must be older than 16, and any snowmachine passengers must be older than 8 years old, and able to sit in the seat with their feet able to reach the foot rests on the machine. If there are passengers younger than 8, they cannot go on the tour, with no exceptions, this is a safety policy we have to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. If your group does not meet age requirements, please contact us immediately and we can cancel and refund this tour.
