Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Parking is available at the roundabout where it says The Mark Guest parking, (we have Parking passes available inside). Parking is also available at the Valley Ho Hotel Valet for $15. There is also free street parking along N 69th St.
Redemption Instructions
Customers will receive an instant confirmation email. All we need at time of check in, is the first and last name of the booking party. We can always look up the reservation by first and last name.
