Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Please have your tickets ready on your mobile device or paper copies so the driver can verify your identity. All participants must sign a waiver prior to the tour.

Pickup Information

Important** Cruise ship passengers must inform the tour provider of the cruise ship they will be arriving on at time of booking or within 7 days of the tour date, to ensure you are picked up at the correct dock in a smooth, timely manner. We will message you through Viator, or WhatsApp if you have provided your out of country phone number, closer to your tour date.
