Pickup Information

To ensure a seamless pickup, all travelers must provide their Full Hotel Name, Exact Location, and Room Number at least 14 hours before the tour begins. You can provide this during booking or by messaging us. Please be ready in the Main Lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Do not wait at the hotel gate or outside, as drivers are often required to park in specific staging areas, unless our operations team ask you to step outside the hotel main gate.
