For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

For your Rainforest Tour, you will be picked up from your accommodation. Please reconfirm pick up location and special dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to travel with reservations. Please choose your Reef tour as the first day of your booking. Once booked, please contact reservations on (07)4052 8300 or email info@billytea.com.au to choose the day for your Rainforest Tour. The tours do not need to be on consecutive days.

Pickup Information

Rainforest Day: return transfers are included from Cairns, Northern Beaches, Southside, and Port Douglas. Reef Day: please make your way to Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street Cairns for check-in between 7.15am - 7.45am. Boat departs at 8am. Return transfers can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact the tour operator after booking to book your transfers.
