Redemption Instructions
• Lunches and Dinners are not included, your tour guide will give you time to eat and point out some recommended local restaurant. • Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time • Luggage and Suitcases are not allowed on the tour. If you bring a suitcase you will not be allowed to join the tour. Backpacks and other soft-style bags are allowed. Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.

YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL THE DAY BEFORE YOUR TOUR WITH YOUR EXACT PICKUP TIME To speed up pickups in the morning, you may be asked to walk to a different hotel than your own. This could be next door, two hotels down, or across the street. Even if you select your hotel from the list, this does not guarantee you will get picked up directly from your hotel. We will email you the morning before your tour to confirm your pickup time and place. NOTE: Hotel Pickup Is Not Offered For Orders Booked Within 24 Hours Of Departure
