Please check the "Tour Option Description" on your ticket to confirm which one you have booked. • Pickup Time: Your exact pickup time and tour guide's contact will be sent to you one day before the tour. If you haven't received it by 6:00 PM, please feel free to contact us at 18240876880 or 029-85236688. • ID Requirement: On the day of the tour, please remember to bring the same identification (e.g., passport) that you provided for us to reserve your entrance tickets. • Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (if your tour involves): The entrance ticket to the Grand Canyon covers the main scenic areas, but does not include optional activities like the zipline, sightseeing elevator, lake cruise, or bungee jumping. To keep things simple and stress-free for the whole group, we won't be arranging these extras during our visit. This way, you can all enjoy the tour at a comfortable, unhurried pace. • Public Holidays: Please note that during Chinese public holidays such as May Day (May 1–5) and National Day (Oct 1–7), or summer vacation of July to August, large crowds and heavy traffic are expected. We will do our very best to ensure a smooth experience for you. • Itinerary Flexibility: The schedule is for reference only. The sightseeing order may be adjusted based on real-time conditions, and the sequence of two-day tours may sometimes be swapped. • Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended for your comfort.

Pickup Information

Free pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Wulingyuan District near the East Gate of the Forest Park, or in downtown Zhangjiajie City. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed one day in advance. If your hotel is not listed, please provide its name and address in the special requirements section.
