Thank you very much for your booking! Please note that Machu Picchu tickets are subject to availability. If you are booking 4 months or more in advance, we will most likely be able to secure your Machu Picchu ticket, whether for Circuit 1, Circuit 2, or Circuit 3, depending on availability at the time of purchase. If your booking is made within 4 months of your travel date, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can check the current availability and recommend the best option for your visit. Our team will also be happy to offer alternative solutions—such as adding an extra night in Aguas Calientes or obtaining a different circuit from the rest of your group with a private guide, among other options—to help ensure you can obtain your physical Machu Picchu ticket. Pickup Information

we can pick you up from any hotel or Airbnb in the city center. if your location is in a hill or in a walking street we can specify the pick up location later. in addition, if your hotel is outside the city center, at 6:30am we can pick you up from the water fountain in the Plaza de Armas.
