Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

We provide convenient door-to-door pickup and drop-off from any hotel or address in Paris. If your hotel is not listed, simply send us the hotel name and address and we will confirm the pickup. Your Mercedes vehicle will be waiting for you at the entrance of your hotel at the scheduled pickup time. Our team will contact you one day before your travel date to reconfirm the details of your transfer. For pickups outside of Paris, additional charges may apply.
