If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please send passport pictures of all toursits when booking the tour. Passport is necessary to book flight and train tickets. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel

Pickup Information

Offered pickup/drop-off service is available for hotels within inner ring road of Shanghai city. If your hotel beyond the range, please expect it might occur additional transfer fee accordingly.
