Please check the "Tour Option Description" on your ticket to confirm which one you have booked. • Pickup Time: Your exact pickup time and tour guide's contact will be sent to you one day before the tour. If you haven't received it by 6:00 PM, please feel free to contact us at 18240876880 or 029-85236688. • ID Requirement: On the day of the tour, please remember to bring the same identification (e.g., passport) that you provided for us to reserve your entrance tickets. • Itinerary Flexibility: The schedule is for reference only. The sightseeing order may be adjusted based on real-time conditions, and the sequence of two-day tours may sometimes be swapped. • Public Holidays: Please note that during Chinese public holidays such as May Day (May 1–5) and National Day (Oct 1–7), or summer vacation of July to August, large crowds and heavy traffic are expected. We will do our very best to ensure a smooth experience for you. • Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

Pickup Information

Free pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Wulingyuan District near the East Gate of the Forest Park, or in downtown Zhangjiajie City. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed one day in advance. If your hotel is not listed, please provide its name and address in the special requirements section.
