If you are booking 4 months or more in advance, we will most likely be able to secure your Machu Picchu ticket, whether for Circuit 1, Circuit 2, or Circuit 3, depending on availability at the time of purchase. If your booking is made within 4 months of your travel date, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can check the current availability and recommend the best option for your visit. Our team will also be happy to offer alternative solutions—such as adding an extra night in Aguas Calientes or obtaining a different circuit from the rest of your group with a private guide, among other options—to help ensure you can obtain your physical Machu Picchu ticket. Dear traveler, Once you book, please let us know if your hotel is outside of our pick-up area. If so, we’ll meet you at the meeting point, the Plaza de Armas in Cusco or Main square.
