If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please send us a copy of your passports and cabin number, as we need it to arrange your transfer permission. Also, if you have a Whatsapp number we could use in case needed, please let us know. •Your car will be waiting directly outside the harbor exit. The walk is about 10 minutes more or less. - Unfortunately, we cannot get inside of the harbor. Please use Google maps to see the best way, or ask the locals at the platform for directions, they will be happy to help you. Also, if you have a Whatsapp number we could use in case needed, please let us know. • If there is any unforeseen event, such as delay or schedule change of cruise ship, or extreme weather conditions, the local service provider reserves the right to make a change in the itinerary and offer an alternative that suits the situation at hand. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended To confirm your pickup from Safaga Port, we need a copy of your passports and your cabin number. This in order to arrange a traveling permission for you. • TRAVEL TIP: Due to very low wages, "Baksheesh" or tips/gratuities are an integral part of life in Egypt. Pickup Information

Safaga Traveler pickup is offered please send us a copy of your passports in order for us to arrange a transfer permission? Please note that your driver will pick you up outside the harbor entrance and NOT at the dock where you will disembark. We kindly ask you to walk a few minutes to the harbor entrance where you will find your driver waiting for you with a sign of Luxor Travels.
