For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• For the mentioned service. • Not transferable to any other service or person. • Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled for departure. • Due to bad weather or sea conditions the tour may be postponed or cancelled with a full refund. • You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to your scheduled date of departure and receive a refund for cost of the tour.

Pickup Information

• You can get picked up from your hotel in Pattaya city • The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking • Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
