Arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. If you are not present 15 minutes early you risk missing your tour and you will not receive a refund. Guests must complete our waiver before arrival. This is on the corner of Columbus Drive and Monroe. We are located down a staircase. LOOK FOR SIGNS that say segway tours. Walk down the stairs. If you are walking towards the lake we are on the left-hand side of the street. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Late arrivals will not be admitted will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for pregnant women • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately • Dress code is for an outdoor activity.
