Redemption Instructions

Checking Into Your Cruise: • IMPORTANT: You will need to show the QR code in this email to board the vessel. Please have this email readily available on your mobile device or a printed copy to be scanned upon boarding. • Please arrive early! The boat leaves promptly at the scheduled departure time. For the sake of everyone on board, we are unable to delay for late arrivals. View parking recommendations: www.portlandspirit.com/parking-directions • When you arrive at the dock, you will first be greeted by our captain; passengers 18 years of age and older must carry photo identification. • We are U.S. Coast Guard regulated; as part of our safety and security plan we take a required boarding photo of all passengers, but it's optional to purchase the printed souvenir photo. Please Note: • Historical narration is available on outer decks or you may bring headphones for your cell phone to listen via our app from your table; instructions will be provided. • We recommend business casual or dressy casual. Avoid thin high heels. • All carry-on bags are subject to inspection. • The boarding area is not covered; please dress appropriately for the weather. Accessibility Options: • Wheelchairs may come aboard the enclosed lower deck. Please notify us prior to your cruise if you would like lower deck seating to avoid stairs. • Printed narration guides are available to those with hearing impairments or prefer a visual guide. A large print version of the narration guide is also available to borrow. • If you don't have a smart phone and wish to listen to the narration from your table, you may request to check out our narration iPod (subject to availability). • For guests with sensory sensitivities due to autism or other neurodivergent traits, we offer sensory kits on board upon request, including items like an eye mask and earplugs. • Have questions?
