Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
YOU MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME. The tour DEPARTS AT SCHEDULED TIME. The 30 minutes prior to are used to check in, get equipment and instruction. From Marina parking lot walk towards the water and look for the "Kayak Hilton Head Pier" located in the far right corner of the marina.
Redemption Instructions
Kids prices are for ages 12 and under. Adult price is for anyone 13 years old and above. Kids 12 and under are required to ride in a double kayak with an adult. Call 8436841910 if you have more kids 12 and under than adults so we can have a triple kayak ready for you. Anyone 13 and above can choose double kayaks or single kayaks. Please call after booking to let us know how many single or and double kayaks that you would like. Thanks! Once parked at the Broad Creek Marina parking lot (near zipline) proceed in the direction of the water. When you reach water's edge and look right you will see kayaks and a "Welcome Kayakers" sign where you will check in. Thank, we look forward to seeing you soon!
