We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the starting time. Please be aware of Traffic, Rush hour in Miami is between 3 pm and 7 pm. Weather Policy In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that prevent safe boat operations, we will arrange a rescheduled time for your reservation. Please do not assume that the reservation will be automatically canceled due to current conditions in your area. Instead, always assume that the reservation will proceed as planned. The company holds the authority to cancel a reservation, and failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the full amount and will be recorded as a no show.
