Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Customer will receive information prior to their trip. It's advised to complete all documentation online to speed up the check in process. If arriving 30 minutes after your departure time, trip will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. HOOKAH, MARIHUANA, and RED WINE ARE NOT ALLOWED.
