1. Anfiteatro Romano
The Amphitheatre of Pompeii is one of the oldest surviving Roman amphitheaters. Learn about the gladiator contests, slogans, and nicknames, evoking shades of the modern posters, billboards, and banners depicting today's sports stars and celebrities

2. Via dell’Abbondanza
Two thousand years ago the houses, apartments, businesses, and workspaces of all of Pompeii’s social classes fronted onto this bustling thoroughfare which also included grand public buildings and shrines. There is possibly no other single street that better depicts the diverse lives of the people who lived in this ancient city.

3. Stabian Baths (Terme Stabiane)
The Stabian baths, which date back to the 2nd century BC, are among the oldest we know of the Roman world. We visit the apodyterium (dressing room), with the frigidarium (for cold baths), which leads to the tepidarium (for medium temperature baths) and then we head to the caldarium (for hot baths).
