Redemption Instructions

Please check your Viator messages and email after booking. If you don’t receive the meeting point or preparation details 24 hours before the shoot, please contact us at: your@email.com Please arrive on time at your booked time slot. If any time adjustment is suggested, the original booked time still applies unless both sides clearly confirm the new time in writing. A London Style Guide will be sent before the shoot to help you prepare your outfit. If the weather is very bad, we may reschedule or adjust the route.
