Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.

Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.

No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
