Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

1-For the guests using our transfer from Hanoi, Pick up at your hotels/stays inside Old Quarter Area between 08h00 am to 08h30 am, Please be ready at lobby from 08.00 am. If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House at 8.00 am. -2-For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, Please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor on your own at 11:30 am for meeting our cruise team & complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.
