• IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Visitors will need to register their facial recognition on-site using their passport details during their first entry to the circuit. After that, the consecutive entry to the park will use facial recognition.
• Child policy:
• Children under 3 years are not recommended to attend the event.
• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Good to know:
• 2026 Shanghai Rolex Masters will be held on Oct 5th - 18th, 2026, at the Qizhong Forest Sports City Arena.
• If any issues occur on-site, please contact the point of purchase immediately on the same day.
• Seat numbers will be assigned on first-come-first-serve basis. Groups in the same booking will automatically be assigned seat next to each other, groups on separate bookings will need to reach out to us to be seated next to each other.
• Upon booking, guests will initially receive a booking confirmation. Your official E-ticket will be delivered to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event.
• Delivery is normally by email, so please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active. In some cases, your ticket may instead be delivered through the app or platform of the travel partner you booked with, so please also check there.
• If you have not received your ticket 3 days before the Event, please contact the travel partner you booked with immediately.
