• Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime with no refund if divers are deemed to be unsafe, irresponsible, do not follow dive plans, disobey marine park regulations or are otherwise disrespectful to the crew • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • The listed price does not include a $38 gear rental fee, payable at the time of tour check-in Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port
