• You may bring one bag per person with a maximum size of 12 x 12 x 16 inches.
• Backpacks are not permitted, except single-compartment drawstring bags or approved medical bags.
• All visitors and their belongings are subject to security screening before entry.
• Accessible seating, ramps, and lifts are available throughout the venue.
• Seats for up to 2 guests on the same booking will be allocated together. Seating for larger groups is available on request.
• All tickets also include first-come, first-served general admission access to Louis Armstrong Stadium (upper-level unreserved seats), Grandstand Stadium & All Outer Courts (Courts 4-17).

• Your official E-ticket will be delivered to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event.
• Delivery is normally by email, so please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active. In some cases, your ticket may instead be delivered through the app or platform of the travel partner you booked with, so please also check there.
• If you have not received your ticket 3 days before the Event, please contact the travel partner you booked with immediately.
