Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

We will pick you up at the exit entrance at the airport upon your arrival flight; or any location in Hanoi (less than 30km from city center) if you have already made your stay in the city. Please inform your arrival & departure flight schedule or any desired pick-up/drop-off point when booking this trip.
