Redemption Instructions

We are located in the Sea Ranch Marina. Look for the brightly colored ticket booth under the Texas flag. Please check in there to receive your boarding pass. If you haven’t signed a waiver yet, you’ll be asked to complete one before boarding. IMPORTANT BOARDING POLICY Our vessels operate on a strict departure schedule to ensure all guests receive the full experience and to maintain safe marina operations. The boat will depart promptly no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled trip time to allow ample time for parking, check-in, waivers, and boarding. Please note: • We cannot hold the vessel for late arrivals. • No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to late arrival. • Parking and traffic delays should be anticipated, especially during holidays and peak seasons.
