Check-in is at Medulin Harbour in front of the Sandra boat at the big red umbrella. *Transfers are possible to arrange on special request.

Check-in opens one hour before departure. Please arrive at the check-in point at least 30–45 minutes before departure so our team can inform you which of our three Sandra boats you will be boarding. At check-in, please provide our colleague with the booking platform, the name used for the reservation, and the number of passengers. Please note that we do not use a QR code scanner. The check-in point is located at the large red umbrella at to the Sandra sign at Medulin Harbour. This ticket does not allow you skip the line.
