• Please, be at the check in point 15 minutes before departure time. • The tour involves walking, including some inclines and stairs; not wheelchair accessible. • Tours proceed rain or shine; dress accordingly. • Secure your belongings; we’re not responsible for losses. • A minimum number of participants is required. If not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund. • Children under 3 years old can join for free but must sit on parents' laps (no food or drink included). • This experience is carried out in a bilingual format (English and Spanish). • This tour has a maximum of 30 travelers per guide
