Check-in opens 15 minutes before departure, please view the departure time on your booking. Check-In is at 8:15 AM, Tour Departs 8:30 AM We meet in front of Burns Monument on Regent Road. What3Words: ///allow.topped.joined. If using Apple Maps, please reference the Burns Monument. Upon arrival, you'll see our check-in agents in Hairy Coo branded hi-vis vests. Please approach them to validate your tickets. We are unable to wait for latecomers and cannot offer refunds for missed tours. If arriving by taxi or local buses, please ensure you have enough time to account for delays. Please ensure that you have a working phone number. We have a minimum age of 7 years old and over 1.2 meters in height for all of our tours. Due to safety regulations and insurance, we are unable to make any exemptions. Your child must be 7 years old at the time of departure, and we may ask for photo ID as proof of age. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please contact us with any questions before your departure day, to ensure we can answer before the tour.
