Check-in opens 15 minutes before departure, please view the departure time on your booking. Check-In is at 8:15 AM, Tour Departs 8:30 AM We meet in front of Burns Monument on Regent Road. What3Words: ///allow.topped.joined. If using Apple Maps, please reference the Burns Monument. Upon arrival, you'll see our check-in agents in Hairy Coo branded hi-vis vests. Please approach them to validate your tickets. We are unable to wait for latecomers and cannot offer refunds for missed tours. If arriving by taxi or local buses, please ensure you have enough time to account for delays. Please ensure that you have a working phone number. We have a minimum age of 7 years old and over 1.2 meters in height for all of our tours. Due to safety regulations and insurance, we are unable to make any exemptions. Your child must be 7 years old at the time of departure, and we may ask for photo ID as proof of age. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please contact us with any questions before your departure day, to ensure we can answer before the tour. Minimum age to travel is 7 years old. Photo ID, such as a passport, may be required. Children (7-17) must be accompanied by an adult.

Please feel free to bring a smaller bag to be brought onboard, and one medium sized piece of luggage, suitcase or backpack, which we will put in the hold of the bus during transit. This can weigh up to 15kgs (33lbs) per passenger .

There are opportunities to take short nature walks, it is recommended to bring suitable clothing and footwear.

For insurance purposes, passengers must not be unaccompanied on our buses during tour stops. Drivers take legally required breaks and cannot stay with the vehicle.
