Twin Share Eco Tent: Guests sleep in permanent tented campsite, twin beds with mattress, bed linen supplied protected from the elements (sleeps 2) Camping Style: Enjoy a true outback camping experience, with communal campground shared showers & toilet facilities and an unpowered site. Duration: 3 days: 3 Days / 2 Nights Outback Camping Experience Meals Included: 2 x breakfasts, 2 x lunches, 2 x dinners. Prepared by our guide, guests are asked to participate in preparation of the meals. Touring Route Options: Starts: Ayers Rock Airport at 13:55pm. Finishes Alice Springs at 18:30pm or Finishes Ayers Rock at 17:00pm (shuttle required) Vehicles vary day-to-day: On Mon, Wed, Sat - we use 4x4 trucks designed for off-road experiences. On Tue, Thu, Fri - we use standard 23-seater buses. Solo Traveller Bookings: Travelers booking separately in a Safari Tent Twin Share are paired with another solo person, if possible of the same gender.

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

Meeting and Pickup
This is our main pickup point for this tour, we ask guests to be ready and waiting outside the airport between 13:00-13:55pm. Alternatively, if you wish to be collected from another Yulara or AYers Rock location please call us.
End Point
This tour concludes in either Alice Springs (18:30pm) or Ayers Rock/Yulara (17:00pm), depending on shuttle availability. Please confirm your preferred drop-off location when booking. We recommend never booking a flight on the final day of tour encase we are delayed.
Redemption Instructions
- Mandatory Details: Passenger information must be provided at booking: full name, date of birth, arrival/departure points, flight details (e.g., AYQ / QF728 12:35 on 01/04/23), and lead passenger’s phone number (Australian or international). - Dietary Requirements: Please advise dietary needs at booking. Due to remote travel, requests cannot be accommodated once the tour begins. - Medical Conditions: Notify the operator of any medical issues at booking. The tour requires moderate fitness and mobility. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. - Fitness Level: Walks range from 2–4 km daily, often over steep, rocky terrain in heat and humidity. One walk is approx. 9–11 km. A medium to high fitness level is essential. Participation is at the guide’s discretion. A doctor’s certificate is required for travellers over 75, submitted 30+ days before departure. - Age Restrictions: Children 8–17 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Not suitable for children under 8 due to safety and physical demands. - Mobility: Not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers or those using wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers. - Baggage Limits: Round-Trip Tours: 1 x 15 kg bag + 1 x 5 kg day bag.
