Redemption Instructions

Meeting Point: If your ship lands at berths 1, 2, 3, 4 please go to berth 2 next to the statue called "The Rock" located next to the Ketchikan Visitor's Center. If you are on Norwegian Cruise Line we will meet you inside the Ward Cove Terminal Building. If you have any questions, please call 907-204-0465 We suggest you wear comfortable shoes for walking and dress in layers. There are several sets of stairs and some uphill / downhill portions of the trail on this tour.

Pickup Information

Please provide us with a working cell phone number for the day that you will be in Ketchikan so that we can contact you 30 minutes prior to the departure time to ensure a smooth pick up If your ship lands in Ketchikan between berths 1, 2, 3, and 4 we pick up at berth 2 next to the statue called The Rock by the Ketchikan Visitors Center. If your ship lands in Ward Cove, we pick up in Ward Cove at the Welcoming Center next to the restrooms. We have a green sign that says Wild Wolf Tours
