Redemption Instructions
Meeting Point: Tours meet at cruise ship dock, where you exit the ship. Look for guide holding a sign with Wild Wolf Tours on it. Please meet 10 minutes before tour time. If you don't immediately see guide, please wait near the ship. If you are on Norwegian Cruise Line we will meet you inside the Ward Cove Terminal Building. If you have any questions, please call 907-204-0465 We suggest you wear comfortable shoes for walking and dress in layers. There are several sets of stairs and some uphill / downhill portions of the trail on this tour.
Pickup Information
If your ship lands in Ketchikan between berths 1, 2, 3, and 4 we pick up at berth 2 next to the statue called The Rock by the Ketchikan Visitors Center. If your ship lands in Ward Cove, we pick up in Ward Cove at the Welcoming Center next to the restrooms. We have a green sign that says Wild Wolf Tours
