IMPORTANT: If you selected 3 Zipline(With Transportation), please contact the provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to confirm your pickup details. Failure to inform us of your pickup location before the 24-hour deadline means you will not be picked up and your tour/activity is non-refundable. Be early at least 5 - 10 minutes and meet your driver at your selected location from the designated list. If you're running late, please give us a call immediately.

All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.

Check is 30 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.

Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge. Transportation fee still applies for aged 6 and up regardless of participation.
