Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required. The guide will take care of all admission formalities. Note that the tour does not always start with the Castel Sant'Angelo. The Itinerary depends on ticket availabilities, site's variations in opening times, and other variants. Kindly share with us a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour. Pick up time might vary depending on your location. Pick up time is also customizable according to your need. We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! **If you do not receive further messages default time is confirmed (8:50 am or 2:50 pm according to the time you booked your tour!** Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver, or in the street in front of the civic number of the apartment/B&B. - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed inside the sites; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed. WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B AND APARTMENTS! If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. You have not booked your hotel yet: no worries, you will amend your reservation later on, with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages default pick up time is confirmed** This is a Private Tour and is customizable!
