Pickup Information

Important** Cruise ship passengers must inform the tour provider of the cruise ship they will be arriving on at time of booking or within 7 days of the tour date, to ensure you are picked up at the correct dock in a smooth, timely manner. After booking you can send a message through Viator or email admin@toursvictoria.com. We will message you through Viator, or WhatsApp if you have provided your out of country phone number, closer to your tour date. We will pick you up at your chosen pick up location. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead travelers name.
