If you cancel at least 3 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 3+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 3 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Kindly note that Sunset Cruise, Robben Island and Table Mountain are weather permitting and should the weather be unfavourable for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to cancel these activities and issue you with a refund for the price of the tickets. On the day of Robben Island please bring a copy of your ID or passport on your phone or paper copy.
