Redemption Instructions

***IMPORTANT*** When booking the Inca Trail, please provide full passport details (name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and gender). After payment, we will check availability and secure your permits. If permits are sold out, we will contact you. Your tour is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from TreXperience. Please note that permits are manually booked in the Machu Picchu Ticketing office, and availability is verified during this process. We will notify you once your permits are secured.

Pickup Information

We provide early morning pickups from Airbnbs and hotels located within Cusco’s Historic Center (around 4:30 a.m.) as well as from the Sacred Valley, including Urubamba and Ollantaytambo (around 6:00 a.m.). Just enter your address or hotel name in the search bar to check availability.
