Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
This is the starting point, but we also offer transportation to the tours for an additional cost, depending on your Hotel or Condo location.
Redemption Instructions
Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) Required for ATV Deposit: To secure your ATV reservation, a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is necessary for the deposit. We will hold a minimum of $1,000 on your card for 1 to 5 vehicles; this amount is fully refundable. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase insurance coverage for $25 per ATV (non-refundable). For buggies/side-by-sides, the insurance fee is $100 per vehicle.
